Mithai are bite-sized Indian sweets made in small batches with love. We use less sugar than traditional mithai and no preservatives for richer flavors.

How to Order:
- Create an account (recommended) or checkout as a guest.
- Click on product. Select size of box and quantity. Add on a gift card or select “No Greeting Card.”
- Select desired week for shipment or pick-up. We ship orders once a week. Pick-up is available during regular business hours.
- If you purchased a gift card, add the names you’d like the card addressed to in the box at the bottom of the form. If you didn’t purchase a gift card, leave the box empty.
- To check-out, click the purple cart button. Verify your order is correct and select checkout.
- To ship, enter the name and address you would like to ship to.
- Enter your payment information and billing address. If you have a gift certificate or discount code, you can enter it in this section.
- Save your payment method for future use by selecting the “Save payment method” box.
- Continue to review your order. Select PURCHASE to complete your order.
How to Create an Account:
- Click SIGN IN to log-in or create an account.
- Enter your name, email and choose a password.
- Your account saves your shipping & billing information to make shopping easy and keep track of your orders.
- If you have an account but forgot your password, simply select “forgot password” and we will send a log-in link to your email on file. This may take a few minutes. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder and double-check the email address is correct.
How to Send a Gift to Someone Else:
- Log-in to your account and add items to your cart.
- Each order may only be shipped to one address. To send gifts to multiple addresses, please place each order separately.
- You can add multiple addresses to your account. This makes resending gifts to your loved ones each holiday season fast and easy.
- To check on the status or your order(s), log-in. In your account drop down menu, select "Orders" to view your order history.

At our storefront, we offer curated retail products like spices, teas, candles & books from brown, queer, local and women-led companies who share our ethos to make products that are delicious, sustainable and do social good.
What does mithai mean?
Mithai is the Hindi word for sweets. It contains the broad regional diversity of South Asian confectionery.
WHO EATS MITHAI?
Mithai have been eaten for thousands of years on the Indian subcontinent and are made in many different shapes, sizes and flavors.
Mithai are eaten as everyday treats with chai during teatime and on special occasions.
Mithai boxes are popular gifts for festivals, holidays and any special occasion.
HOW is MITHAI made?
On the Indian subcontinent, mithai are traditionally made in specialty shops or deep-fried in street food stalls by mithaiwalas.
TAGMO’s mithai are handmade without preservatives by our very own mithaiwali, chef Surbhi Sahni, who used the best quality & seasonal freshness using dairy, nuts, chickpea flour, sugar, fruit, chocolate and/or aromatic herbs.
We offer gluten-free, vegan and nut-free collections.

WHEN CAN I ORDER MITHAI?
Our Seasonal Collection is available for nationwide shipment and local pick-up.
WHEN DOES BOXED MITHAI SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 weekdays for order processing and shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders received after 5pm on Monday will be processed the following week.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, we offer pick-up at our storefront by appointment only. Email us to schedule your pick-up orders@tagmotreats.com
DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes, we ship to the continental U.S. where standard shipping rates apply.
Shipment is available through USPS, FedEx and UPS.
2-Day shipment to all orders outside of the East Coast.
Overnight shipments for orders to Texas and California.
HOW IS THE MITHAI PACKAGED?
TAGMO mithai collections are boxed and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs and insulated bags included as needed. Products must be refrigerated upon arrival.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We offer vegan and nut-free flavors but cannot offer separate collections at this time.
Allergy note: our sweets are made in a facility that uses nuts and gluten. We do our best to maintain safety and separation of allergens, but there are risks for people with severe allergies.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY EMPTY BOXES?
You can recycle your boxes or keep them to reuse.
